Mike Godfrey is a Network Specialist and Ethical Hacker with over 20 years experience in building and breaking computers. He has enjoyed a successful career in Information Technology, having qualified in Cisco CCNA (Network Associate) almost 12 years ago at the age of 18 and going on to work on some of the countries largest technological infrastructure. Mike is qualified and experienced in IT but is also a qualified Electro-technical / Electro-mechanical Engineer.
Mike’s qualifications and experience have led to INSINIA becoming the only Gas Safe Registered Cyber Security Company in the UK, allowing it to test industrial process and building infrastructure in a way that other companies cannot match. Mike’s skills have also led to the design and production of a range of new products and services, including securing the hardware and fabric of buildings and identifying key vulnerabilities within the buildings “PowerLine” (230V circuit) which can allow an attacker to exfiltrate information undetected.
Jon started his career in the British Army, serving as an Infantry platoon commander after successfully completing the Standard Military course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Since leaving the army Jon has gained more than 15 years’ experience in the technology sector having held senior positions within the Risk, IT & Cyber Security sectors. Jon is focussed on ensuring customer satisfaction and successful partner relationships.
Ray Massie is an ex-Met Police Officer and ran part of the Met’s E-Crime Unit until 2012. His investigations included that into the Anonymous hacking movement, which Ray took from initial investigation to court proceedings, dealing with multi-agencies across the world.
Gordon Clifford finished his career in 2018 in the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command Internet intelligence and Investigations unit, leading a team doing open source and cyber investigations.
His police career was primarily in the CID and he has extensive knowledge of covert policing techniques and anti corruption/insider threat investigations. He has engaged extensively with UK and USA intelligence agencies and holds the highest level of UK security clearance.
After a degree in History from Oxford University, John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse followed by a number of years in the Corporate Finance Dept of Samuel Montagu & Co. Ltd., the investment banking arm of HSBC. After moving to join a client as their Group FD, John subsequently held a number of senior finance posts in SMEs and has acted as a financial and business consultant to SMEs and high net worth individuals covering financial, taxation, legal and related matters.
Valentina has over 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing and PR having created and managed campaigns for a number of high profile brands. In the past 5 years, Valentina has worked exclusively marketing cyber security companies. Valentina has extensive experience organising campaigns, creating events, dealing with press and managing key stakeholders. For a short time Valentina also worked as a service delivery manager for a managed security service provider.
